Ingredients
  

Apple Cider Vinaigrette

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper, Grounded

Salad

  • 1 Chicken Breast, Sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, Grounded
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 pack Jungle Fruits Dried Mango
  • 1/4 pack Jungle Fruits Dried Lychee
  • 2 cups (80g) House Salad
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Walnut Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a bowl to create apple cider vinaigrette and then set aside.
  • Grab the salt, pepper, and paprika and season your chicken well!
  • Add the olive oil to a pan and put on medium heat. When it starts to shimmer add the chicken and cook until all sides are brown
  • Grab a large bowl and add the house salad, dried lychee, dried mango, walnuts and chicken and then dress with the vinaigrette
