Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 130 g Self raising flour
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 55 g Coconut Cream
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tsbp Apple compote
  • 100 ml Oat milk
  • 1 pack Jungle Fruits freeze dried lychee bites crushed

Icing

  • 230 g ¬†Royal icing sugar
  • 1 pack Jungle Fruits freeze dried lychee bites crushed
  • 2 tbsp Coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Oat or coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven at 180C
  • Mix all the dry ingredients of the dough and add the wet ingredients
  • Grease a donut mould and fill with your batter
  • Bake for 15-20 min until golden and toothpick ones out clean
  • Let cool
  • Mix all the icing ingredients and dip your donuts
  • Add extra toppings as rose petals and let them rest on the side, or put them in the fridge for a few minutes to help the icing to harden faster¬†
