Dough
- 130 g Self raising flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 55 g Coconut Cream
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsbp Apple compote
- 100 ml Oat milk
- 1 pack Jungle Fruits freeze dried lychee bites crushed
Icing
- 230 g Royal icing sugar
- 1 pack Jungle Fruits freeze dried lychee bites crushed
- 2 tbsp Coconut cream
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp Oat or coconut milk
Preheat your oven at 180C
Mix all the dry ingredients of the dough and add the wet ingredients
Grease a donut mould and fill with your batter
Bake for 15-20 min until golden and toothpick ones out clean
Let cool
Mix all the icing ingredients and dip your donuts
Add extra toppings as rose petals and let them rest on the side, or put them in the fridge for a few minutes to help the icing to harden faster
